Meeting Policies
The association currently conducts 11 monthly board meetings and
one Annual Board Meeting. These meetings are open to all. Typically, monthly meetings are held
the second Tuesday of each month. These involve officers and board members for the purpose of reviewing and
approving old and new business and the current financial report.
Monthly Board Meeting:
Dates are subject to change. Typically, there is no meeting in December as well as during mid-summer. Please contact one of the officers to confirm
Annual Membership Meeting:
Held once a year in the fall. We encourage all association members to attend to review a Treasurer's report, an old and new business agenda and to vote on and in new board members.

Available on this page as soon as the board approves and sends them to the webmaster. The most recent three months of meeting minutes and Treasurer's Report, at the least, will be available on this page.
